BROWN WEDDING | FARMINGTON HISTORIC HOME | LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Sarah and Jeremy met for coffee about three years ago after first connecting online. Their spark was immediate and soon a coffee date turned into lunch which turned into two and a half years of dating and Jeremy getting down on one knee at Disneyland! On August 9th 2020 the couple tied the knot on a gorgeous, late summer afternoon at Farmington Historic Plantation in Louisville, Kentucky.

Sarah got ready with her bridesmaids and mom, slipping into her satin gown with full skirt and drop back, before sharing an emotional first look with her dad. She had special gifts to share with him and her soon to be in-laws as well as a romantic letter for Jeremy to read before they stole a few moments together for their first look. They treasured a few moments of quiet before the chaos of the day began, soaking in their last minutes together before becoming husband and wife!

Because of Covid, Jeremy and Sarah had to get creative in creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for their big day. Guests and wedding party alike donned the newest 2020 accessory- masks- and there was a special focus on lawn games and other fun activities that could be done from a distance instead of a more traditional dance floor. However, despite the little changes, their wedding was still a full celebration of the love two people can share and the joy of bringing two families together!

From the stunning greenery of the outdoor ceremony to the elegant, naturally lit reception, Jeremy and Sarah’s wedding was a beautiful testimony to the resilience of love even in the most unpredictable of times.
