Emily and Thomas had a gorgeous evening wedding at Patrick O’shea’s in Louisville, Kentucky. Their day was a moody dream centered around the exposed brick and deep colors of the non traditional venue style they fell in love with. Deep reds and purples took center stage with pops of greenery, coral, and gold accents to set the tone of the day.
Emily wore a stunning, beaded gown from Bridal Rack Indy as she got ready for her first look with her husband to be. Both parties were especially excited to steal a few moments alone before tying the knot- treasuring a little break from the festivities to just soak it all in together!
The ceremony was short and sweet, filled with happy smiles and forever vows. Both Thomas and Emily chose to do things a little differently where the wedding party was concerned. Instead of standing beside their closest friends as bridesmaids and groomsmen they each selected their sibling to be the ‘best woman’ and ‘man of honor’. It set their day apart and allowed them to highlight some of their most important relationships.
The reception was one for the books with tear jerking toasts and silly dance moves alike! Emily and Thomas spent the evening surrounded by their closest friends and family, celebrating their new marriage in style. Their joy was almost tangible as they danced the night away for the first time as husband and wife.
