An engagement session is about more than just pretty photos.It's a chance for you to get comfortable in front of the camera well before your wedding day. Spending this time together helps you get familiar with how I guide and pose, so portraits on the wedding day feel relaxed and easy.

Before your session, I’ll send you a questionnaire to learn more about you, your business, and what you need from your photos. You can also send me inspiration, ideas, or examples of images you’re drawn to.
From there, we’ll plan the details together, including location, outfits, and the types of photographs we want to create, so your session reflects the personality of your business.
Final Images
Your final images are professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery, ready to download and use. Whether they’re going on your website, social media, professional profiles, or marketing materials, you’ll have photographs that give people a better sense of who you are and the personality behind your business.
COMMERCIAL RELEASE
Every session includes a commercial release tailored to how you plan to use your photographs. Whether you need images for your website, social media, advertising, printed materials, or another business use, your release will reflect the specific needs of your business.

Perfect when you simply need a fresh, professional photo of yourself. This session includes one outfit and gives us time to create a variety of headshots while keeping things simple and focused.
You’ll receive 10-15 professionally edited images delivered through an online gallery, along with a commercial release tailored to how you’ll be using your photos.
Headshots

For business owners who want people to see both who they are and what they do. We’ll photograph headshots with 1-2 outfits, then create images of you working in your own space to show more of the personality behind your business.
You’ll receive 25-50 professionally edited images through an online gallery, along with a commercial release tailored to your business.
Headshots + Crafting
Now it’s time to put everything we planned into action. I’ll guide you throughout the session while we create headshots and, depending on your collection, photographs of you at work, your space, or your products that showcase the personality of your business.
Session Day
After booking, I’ll send you a questionnaire to learn more about your business, how you plan to use your photos, and what you want to showcase. You can also send over inspiration and ideas. Once I’ve reviewed everything, we’ll meet over Zoom to talk through the details and create a plan for your session.

Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. Your signed contract and retainer officially reserve your session date.

Here’s What Happens Next
Once you’ve chosen the collection that works best for you, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. A signed contract and 35% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due one week before your session.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Your session includes a commercial release tailored to your needs. We’ll discuss how you plan to use your photographs so your release covers the appropriate uses, whether that’s your website, social media, advertising, printed marketing materials, or something more specific.
HOW CAN I USE MY PHOTOS?
The number of finished images depends on the collection you choose. Headshot sessions include 10-15 images, Headshots + Crafting includes 25-50 images, and the full branding collection includes 50+ images.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
Yes. My larger branding collections can include photographs of you working in your space as well as product photography. We’ll talk about exactly what you want photographed during the planning process so we can make the most of your session.
CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH MY PRODUCTS OR WORKSPACE?
Anything that helps me understand what you’re drawn to. This can include photographs, websites, social media accounts, colors, poses, or even examples of how you plan to use your images. Your inspiration gives us a starting point, but the goal is to create photographs that fit the personality of your business.
WHAT SHOULD I SEND FOR INSPIRATION?
What you wear should make sense for you, your business, and how you want to be represented. After you book, we’ll talk through outfits as part of your session planning, and you’re always welcome to send me options if you want help deciding.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Your location depends on the type of photographs we’re creating. Headshots can be photographed in a variety of settings, while larger branding sessions are often photographed in your workspace so we can show you doing what you actually do. We’ll talk through location options as part of the planning process.Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.
WHERE WILL MY SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Branding and headshot sessions can be booked throughout the year, but I recommend reaching out as soon as you know you need updated photos, especially if you’re working toward a website launch, rebrand, or other deadline. This gives us plenty of time to plan your session and have your finished images ready when you need them.
