Your wedding day is not just an event. It is a gathering of the people who shaped you and the beginning of a new chapter together.

My goal is to document that day in a way that feels true to you.

A Legacy of Your Love

Louisville Wedding Packages

Every wedding day is different because every couple is different.
The way I photograph your day starts with understanding who you are and what matters most to you.

Before the wedding, we spend time talking through your plans. Who you're getting ready with, whether you want a first look or to see each other at the aisle, the people you are most excited to celebrate with.
Those conversations shape how I approach your wedding day.

I am a naturally organized person, which means I love a good plan. I send guides, questionnaires, and planning resources that help you think through the details ahead of time. The goal is not to over structure your day, but to make sure the important moments have space to happen.

That preparation allows you to relax when the wedding day arrives.

Instead of worrying about what comes next or whether something is being missed, you can stay focused on the experience itself. Spending time with your people. Laughing, celebrating, and actually enjoying the day you worked so hard to plan.

Of course we will create beautiful portraits of you together. But I am also paying attention to everything happening around you. The reactions during your ceremony. The hugs right after you walk back down the aisle. The moments your friends and family share throughout the night.

Because weddings are not just about how everything looked. They're about the relationships in the room.

When your photographer understands that, your images become more than a collection of pretty photos. They become a record of the people, energy, and emotions that made the day yours.

What's Included

Spring engagement portrait of a couple sitting beneath a blooming dogwood tree.

This is where we get to know each other.

Most couples tell me they feel awkward in front of the camera. (I feel the same way!) By the end of their engagement session, they’re laughing and saying it way more fun than they expected.

You'll learn how I guide you. I'll learn how you naturally interact. By the time your wedding day arrives, we'll all feel comfortable working together and I'll know what direction & prompts work best for you.

Planning Support & Timeline Guidance

I don’t just show up with a camera. I help you plan too.
With over 300 weddings photographed since 2011, I’ve seen what works and what causes unnecessary stress. I use that experience to guide you through the decisions that actually impact your day.

Through planning guides, questionnaires, and meetings, I find out what matters most to you and help build a photography timeline that supports that. We’ll talk through first looks, family photos, travel time, and how to protect your peace so you can actually enjoy your day.

Second Photographer

Two perspectives means more moments captured. While I’m with you during portraits or details, your second photographer might be capturing your partner getting ready, your parents hugging in the hallway, or the quiet reactions happening during your ceremony. It allows your day to be told to be told from a different perspective. Not just how it looked from one angle, but how it felt from every side.

Check Your Date

- Ginnis & Chase

The pictures themselves are so great, everything I was hoping for and more.

Every image truly stunning."

Most couples book between 6 and 8 hours of coverage. Six hours is typically perfect for ceremony, portraits, and a good portion of the reception. Eight hours allows for more getting ready coverage and extra reception time. During our consult, I’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your day.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Yes. Timeline planning is one of the biggest ways I support my couples. After you book, I send helpful planning emails and questionnaires, and about a month before the wedding we’ll go over everything together. I help you build a photography friendly timeline that keeps the day flowing while still leaving space to actually enjoy it.

Do you help with building our wedding day timeline?

Of course! I think seeing a full wedding gallery is one of the best ways to get a feel for what your own photos might look like. When you inquire, I’m happy to share galleries from real weddings so you can see everything from getting ready through the reception, not just the highlights you see on my website.

Can we see a full wedding gallery?

Yes. For most full wedding days, I include a second photographer for part of the coverage. Having a second set of eyes allows us to capture multiple angles, different reactions, and more candid moments throughout the day.

Do you work with a second photographer?

Absolutely. You’ll be able to order professional prints directly from your online gallery, and albums and photo books are also available. I can help you choose images and design something that tells the story of your wedding day without feeling like you have to figure it all out yourself.

Can we order prints and albums?

Yes. A retainer is required to reserve your wedding date, and the remaining balance can be split into payments leading up to the wedding. I offer several payment plan options, so we can choose what works best for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

I typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 100 mile radius from my home in the Kentuckiana area.

Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.

When do you charge travel fees?

Most couples book 9 to 18 months in advance, especially for spring and fall dates. If you’re getting married during peak season, the sooner the better. That said, if your wedding is coming up sooner, still reach out. I always recommend asking. If I’m available, I’d love to talk.

How far out do we need to book?
