ACKERMANN WEDDING | A Summer Backyard Wedding in Louisville

Noah and Anna tied the knot with a romantic, laid black ceremony in June. They held their wedding at Noah’s grandparent’s home which was a fun testimony to the generations of love stories that have come before them and will serve as a reminder of their vows every time they come to visit!

Anna zipped into her gorgeous lace gown surrounded by her closest friends while Noah got ready just a floor below her! In keeping with the light color scheme he donned a tan tux with a muted green tie, complementing the soft neutral look of the day.

Anna chose to do first looks with both her dad and her husband-to-be. Each was filled with sweet smiles and a happy tear or two! Afterwards, we captured some bridal photos showcasing the beautiful summer greenery as the happy couple laughed and danced together before the ceremony. 

The backyard wedding was a dream with solemn promises and heartfelt prayers over the new couple from both of their families. They exited to a happy stream of bubbles cascading across the aisle which added a fun touch to the day.

The reception was classic with natural greenery and crisp white. Every moment was full of joy, from the sweet personal introductions of the bridal party to the perfect summer popsicle dessert and even a group swim to wrap up the night!
