LAURA + HUNTER | ST JAMES COURT AND ROOFTOP ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Laura and Hunter met at Bellarmine University and established a deep friendship for a few years before seeing if they could be more. One evening of sitting at a picnic table laughing for hours was all it took for their relationship to transition to the next level. A few years of falling love and memory making later and they were ready to get engaged.

Hunter threw Laura off track by taking her to a sports bar so she wouldn’t suspect he was planning to propose. It worked a little too well because she didn’t even notice when he got down on one knee after dinner with a gorgeous night time view of Cincinnati behind him! When she finally turned around there were a few tears and an immediate yes before the newly engaged couple popped champagne to celebrate a new season!

When it came time for their engagement photos, this fun loving couple wanted a laid back vibe where they both felt like themselves. We headed to St James Court and posed on a rooftop to capture some fun and unique shots! Hunter and Lauren easily fell into a natural rhythm of happy smiles, nose to nose kisses, and puppy hugs as I captured this part of their story on a warm, August afternoon. It was so much fun to get to know them and give them some sweet memories of their engagement season before they tie the knot!
