Olivia + Brad – Engaged

I recently photographed Olivia and Brad at Bernheim Forest. This soon-to-be wedded couple will be getting married on July 11, 2015. I am super excited to be shooting their wedding next summer at The Grand in New Albany. I know it’s going to be gorgeous!

I loved Olivia’s story about how she and Brad met:

“Brad and I met when I was a Community Advisor (RA) in the lodges at IU Southeast, he lived in the room next to mine. We personally met on the first night of move in when Brad managed to set the fire alarm off while he was cooking dinner.”

The proposal story was pretty great too.

“Brad and I went to dinner at Longhorn the night before Valentine’s Day, I was very hopeful he’d be popping the question at dinner, but he never did. He drove me home to my apartment and when we walked in there were rose petals all over the floor, but that’s not even the best part. When we rounded the corner from the entry way, my kitchen table had been pulled out and on it were picture frames containing pictures of both of our immediate families holding letters to spell “ Will you marry me?”. As soon as I read what was the in the frames I immediately started screaming, jumping, and crying. I don’t remember a word he said, but luckily it is all on video – he really thought of everything.”

These two are real naturals in front of the camera. Their good looks, great location and their genuine love for each other made this photo shoot super fun and a total breeze!
