SANTEE WEDDING | HUBER’S ORCHARD AND WINERY

Sarah and James tied the knot on a warm summer evening at Huber’s Orchard and Winery. After a bit of a process to try and find a venue that fit their vision and budget, they visited Huber’s and were sold.

On the morning of their big day, Sarah zipped into her stunning David’s Bridal blush gown with the help of her mom before sharing a tear filled first look with her dad. We then snuck Sarah away for some beautiful bridal photos before the ceremony and made sure to capture the special relationships between Sarah and her bridesmaids as well as James and his groomsmen.

Sarah and James chose to forgo a first look in favor of the more traditional route of catching their first wedding day glimpse as Sarah walked down the aisle. Judging by James’ face when he first saw her, it was worth the wait! The outdoor ceremony was full of summer sunshine and happy smiles as Sarah and James promised themselves to each other. James’ uncle did a special reading and the couple chose to participate in a candle lighting ceremony as they joined their lives together. 

After the ceremony we stole away for some special photos of the new husband and wife! We explored Huber’s from the vineyards to the wine cellar, capturing some sweet moments together. 

For their reception, Sarah and James wanted a rustic romance feel. Plentiful candles, wooden details, and pops of metallic made this dream a reality. The newlyweds danced, ate, and toasted the night away in celebration with their family and friends. It was a beautiful day from start to finish!
