Your wedding is a unique reflection of you.
That’s why I love getting to know you, and your wedding details, personally. Knowing your wedding day dreams helps me create authentic images that reflect the real you! Unguarded. Natural. Emotional. The cherished images of a lifetime. Captured creatively, those moments shine through as timeless heirlooms, instantly bringing you back to the essence of your day.
I would love to tell your love story. I believe wedding photography is more than just pictures—it’s about capturing your story, your love, and the in-between moments that make your day special. With over 13 years of experience photographing in Louisville, Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and beyond, I know how to document your day in a way that feels effortless and natural.
I specialize in emotive, storytelling-style photography, blending gentle guidance with space for real moments to unfold. The result is imagery that feels true to you and to the day itself.
Your wedding day is not just an event. It is a gathering of the people who shaped you and the beginning of a new chapter together.
My goal is to document that day in a way that feels real to you.
Before the wedding, I take time to understand your plans, your priorities, and the people who matter most. That connection helps me photograph your day with intention rather than simply following a shot list.
With over a decade of photographing weddings throughout Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and beyond, I bring the experience needed to handle whatever the day brings while keeping the focus on what matters most.
The result is imagery that reflects the emotion, relationships, and moments that made your wedding yours.

We couldn’t have asked for a better engagement and wedding photographer than Lauren. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, and the result was photos that looked natural and truly like us. Nothing felt forced or overly posed — just genuine moments beautifully captured.
Lauren guided us in a way that felt effortless and fun. She struck the perfect balance between giving direction and letting us be ourselves, which really shows in the final images.
We will treasure our engagement and wedding photos forever. We’re so grateful to Lauren for capturing this season of our lives so perfectly. Highly, highly recommend!

Every wedding day is different because every couple is different. The way I photograph your day starts with understanding who you are and what matters most to you.
Before the wedding, we spend time talking through your plans. Who you are getting ready with. Whether you want a first look or to see each other at the aisle. The people you are most excited to celebrate with. Those conversations shape how I approach your wedding day.
I am a naturally organized person, which means I love a good plan. I send guides, questionnaires, and planning resources that help you think through the details ahead of time. The goal is not to over structure your day. It is to make sure the important moments have space to happen.
That preparation allows you to relax when the wedding day arrives.
Instead of worrying about what comes next or whether something is being missed, you can stay focused on the experience itself. Spending time with your people. Laughing, celebrating, and actually enjoying the day you worked so hard to plan.
Of course we will create beautiful portraits of you together. But I am also paying attention to everything happening around you. The reactions during your ceremony. The hugs right after you walk back down the aisle. The moments your friends and family share throughout the night.
Because weddings are not just about how everything looked. They are about the relationships in the room.
When your photographer understands that, your images become more than a collection of pretty photos. They become a record of the people, energy, and emotions that made the day yours.
View an entire wedding day gallery
A wedding gallery should tell the story of the entire day, not just the highlights.
Anyone can show a handful of favorite images. What matters more is how the day is documented from beginning to end. The anticipation while you are getting ready. The quiet exchanges between family members. The energy once everyone is finally celebrating together.
That is why I approach every wedding with the same level of attention from the first moments of the day through the last ones on the dance floor. My goal is not just to capture a few standout photos, but to document the full experience in a way that feels complete and honest.
I am always happy to share full wedding galleries so you can see exactly how a wedding looks. Not just the highlights, but the full story. Seeing a complete gallery allows you to know what your own day could look like and feel confident in the consistency of what you will receive.

Weddings move quickly, and every part of the day presents different challenges. Lighting changes, timelines shift, and unexpected moments happen. Having photographed weddings for many years, I know how to adapt in real time while keeping the day moving.
Just as important is the experience you have leading up to the wedding. I prioritize clear communication and planning so you always feel informed throughout the process.
That combination of preparation and experience allows me to work confidently behind the scenes, capturing your day without pulling you out of the moments that matter.

Photography and Design by Lauren was great to work with. Lauren was very professional and the photos turned out really nicely. The package was great value and the prints I ordered were beautiful. She got INCREDIBLE sunset beauty shots as well as really lovely candids from the dance floor, which I had told her was a priority. I also had told her that previous photographers I had worked with for my Covid-era ceremony had not done well with capturing darker skin tones and made everyone look washed out, and she was mindful about posing us in lighting that wouldn’t recreate that. I was happy with the experience and I even recommended her for my cousin’s wedding (whose photos were also beautiful!)

Two perspectives means more moments captured. While I’m with you during portraits or details, your second photographer might be capturing your partner getting ready, your parents hugging in the hallway, or the quiet reactions happening during your ceremony. It allows your day to be told to be told from a different perspective. Not just how it looked from one angle, but how it felt from every side.

You'll learn how I guide you. I'll learn how you naturally interact. By the time your wedding day arrives, we'll all feel comfortable working together and I'll know what direction & prompts work best for you.

Hiring Lauren as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. From start to finish, she exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The planning process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to her incredible organizational skill. She takes the time to understand your vision and offered guidance when we needed it. Her pre-wedding communication was thorough and timely, leaving us confident that everything would run smoothly. On the wedding day, Lauren brought a sense of calm and professionalism that truly set the tone for the entire day. She blended into the background while capturing every important moment, allowing us and our guests to be completely at ease. Her ability to gently direct when needed, without disrupting the natural flow of the day, was remarkable. When we received our photos, we were absolutely blown away. She captured not only the major milestones of the day but also the small, candid moments that we didn’t even realize were happening at the time. The way she told the story of our wedding—from our perspective as a couple and from the perspective of our guests—was nothing short of magical. Each image radiates warmth, joy, and the love we felt that day. Looking through the photos felt like reliving the best day of our lives, and it’s clear that Lauren has a gift for storytelling through her work. Her attention to detail and ability to capture emotions so vividly are unparalleled. We cannot recommend Lauren and her team enough!
